Our product is unique in many ways:
Raw materials – coconuts sourced from the natural and unpolluted environment with freshness maintained.
Production process – 3 phase centrifuge method. The filtered coconut milk is passed through a three-phase centrifuge system where the oil is separated from other components of coconut milk by means of a centrifugal force. Our virgin coconut oil is extracted without allowing the kernel to undergo chemical or microbiological change. The highest level of quality is maintained through the presence of biologically active components.
HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point compliant in our factory and our product carries the HACCP AUSTRALIA accreditation and logo. Critical control points (CCPs) are systems installed in the process to ensure food safety risk is minimized or eliminated.
All staff trained are provided with a HACCP Australia Training Certificate in recognition of the level of training attended.
